Regulamin i rezerwacje

W trosce o zapewnienie Państwu spokojnego i bezpiecznego odpoczynku, opracowaliśmy regulamin pobytu. Każdorazowo prosimy naszych gości o zawarcie z nami Umowy wynajmu Domku. Uprzejmie prosimy o zapoznanie się z jej zapisami oraz zamieszczonym poniżej Regulaminem wynajmu Domku Miśków. Dokonanie rezerwacji jest jednoznaczne z akceptacją regulaminu wynajmu Domku Miśków i zasad jego użytkowania.

REGULAMIN REZERWACJI, PŁATNOŚCI I UŻYTKOWANIA DOMKU MIŚKÓW

Definicje:

Wynajmujący – właściciel Domku Miśków

Najemca – osoba dokonująca najmu Domku Miśków

Domek – Domek Miśków usytuowany ul. Ustronie Leśne 2, 72-500 Międzyzdroje

§1

REZERWACJA I PŁATNOŚCI

1. Niniejszy Regulamin określa warunki, na których można dokonać rezerwacji i najmu Domku Miśków. Dokonanie rezerwacji jest jednoznaczne z zaakceptowaniem postanowień niniejszego Regulaminu.

2. Wynajem dotyczy każdorazowo całego Domku Miśków dla maksymalnie 8 osób. Minimalny czas wynajęcia: 2 doby.

3. Rezerwacja wstępna. Rezerwacji wstępnej można dokonać telefonicznie lub za pośrednictwem e-mail. Przy rezerwacji wstępnej należy określić termin pobytu oraz liczbę osób. Rezerwacja wstępna następuje po potwierdzeniu dostępności Domku oraz jednoznacznej deklaracji chęci wynajmu. Rezerwacja wstępna obowiązuje 24 godziny.

4. Rezerwacja gwarantowana następuje po wniesieniu zadatku za pobyt. Od chwili dokonania rezerwacji wstępnej, czas na wniesienie zadatku wynosi 48 godzin. Zadatek wynosi 30% całkowitej kwoty pobytu. Rezerwację uznaje się za potwierdzoną po przesłaniu dowodu wpłaty  przelewu na adres e-mail: info@domkimiskow.pl lub zaksięgowaniu środków na rachunku bankowym.

5. Wniesienie zadatku realizowane jest na rachunek bankowy o numerze: 76 1750 0012 0000 0000 1053 8367

W tytule przelewu należy umieścić: imię i nazwisko Najemcy, datę pobytu od…. do……

6. W przypadku całkowitej rezygnacji Najemcy z pobytu z przyczyn niezależnych od Wynajmującego, zadatek nie podlega zwrotowi.

7. Pozostałą część kwoty za pobyt wraz z kaucją należy uregulować gotówką (z góry) w dniu przyjazdu.

8. Kaucja pobierana jest na czas pobytu, w wysokości 300 zł i stanowi zabezpieczenie na wypadek poczynionych szkód podczas pobytu. Kaucja zwracana jest w dniu opuszczenia domku przez Najemcę, pod warunkiem, że stan techniczny wszystkich przedmiotów stanowiących wyposażenie Domku, jak i samego budynku oraz terenu do niego należącego, będzie nie gorszy niż przy przekazaniu Najemcy kluczy do obiektu.

§2

POBYT I ZAKWATEROWANIE

1. Doba zaczyna się o godz. 15:00 (przyjazd), a kończy o godz. 11:00 (wyjazd).

2. Najemca zobowiązany jest do poinformowania telefonicznie Wynajmującego o planowanej godzinie dotarcia do Domku Miśków, najpóźniej na 1 godzinę przed przyjazdem.

3. W przypadku braku możliwości dotarcia na umówioną wcześniej godzinę, Najemca zobowiązany jest do niezwłocznego powiadomienia telefonicznie Najemcy.

4. Ewentualny wcześniejszy przyjazd (przed godziną 15:00) musi zostać uzgodniony z Wynajmującym minimum 1 dzień wcześniej.

5. W przypadku skrócenia okresu pobytu przez Najemcę, kwota za niewykorzystany okres nie jest zwracana.

6. W przypadku nieprzybycia Najemcy w wyznaczonym terminie, rezerwacja gwarantowana wniesionym zadatkiem ulega automatycznemu anulowaniu o godzinie 11:00 dnia następnego, wniesiony zadatek nie podlega zwrotowi.

7. Istnieje możliwość przedłużenia pobytu wyłącznie w przypadku braku wcześniejszych rezerwacji domku przez innych gości.

8. Zakwaterowanie i wykwaterowanie następuje w Domku w obecności Wynajmującego lub osoby przez niego upoważnionej.

9. Najemca nie może użyczać albo oddawać domku w podnajem innym osobom.

10. Większa liczba osób niż 8 może przebywać w domku i na terenie wyłącznie za zgodą Wynajmującego.

11. W przypadku przekroczenia deklarowanej liczby osób korzystających z Domku (bez zgody i wiedzy Wynajmującego), zastrzega się prawo do natychmiastowego zerwania umowy z wszystkimi konsekwencjami bez konieczności zwrotu wniesionej wcześniej opłaty.

12. Najemca po przyjeździe, ale przed wprowadzeniem się zobowiązany jest odebrać Domek, tzn. sprawdzić meble, okna, kabinę prysznicową i pozostałe urządzenia znajdujące się w Domku.

13. Uwagi co do uszkodzeń, zniszczeń należy zgłosić natychmiast do Wynajmującego. Wynajmujący dopuszcza możliwość stwierdzenia uszkodzeń tzw. ukrytych. Brak uwag ze strony Najemcy, co do takich uszkodzeń w ciągu 4 godzin po otrzymaniu kluczy oznacza, że Najemca nie ma zastrzeżeń co do całego obiektu, a wszystkie urządzenia i meble znajdują się w ilości zgodnej z zestawieniem wyposażenia i w dobrym stanie.

14. Najemca ponosi pełną odpowiedzialność materialną za wszelkiego rodzaju uszkodzenia, zniszczenia przedmiotów wyposażenia i urządzeń technicznych Domku Miśków zaistniałych podczas pobytu, czy to z winy umyślnej lub nieumyślnej.

15. Najemca ponosi wyłączną i całkowitą odpowiedzialność za przebywające z nią osoby (w tym dzieci).

16. Korzystający z obiektu zobowiązani są do przestrzegania zasad bezpieczeństwa przeciwpożarowego.

17. W Domku Miśków obowiązuje całkowity zakaz palenia tytoniu. W przypadku złamania zakazu Najemca zapłaci kare grzywny w wysokości 500 zł.

18. Ze względu na wymagania ochrony przeciwpożarowej w Domku Miśków nie wolno używać jakichkolwiek przyrządów lub urządzeń zasilanych energią elektryczną lub gazową, nie będących wyposażeniem tych pomieszczeń i mogących wytworzyć zagrożenie pożarowe np. grzałek elektrycznych, grzejników, palników gazowych.

19. Zabrania się wnoszenia do Domku łatwopalnych materiałów, materiałów wybuchowych oraz materiałów o nieprzyjemnym zapachu.

20. Do palenia w kominku używa się wyłącznie udostępnionego przez Wynajmującego peletu.

21. Zabrania się suszenia mokrych rzeczy na grzejnikach w salonie, sieni i pokojach w sypialni. Do tego celu służy suszarka.

22. Niedopuszczalne jest palenie grilla na tarasie domku.

23. Najemca nie ma prawa bez wcześniejszej zgody Wynajmującego obiekt, dokonywać jakichkolwiek napraw lub czynić jakichkolwiek nakładów lub zmian w Domku. O konieczności dokonania napraw lub nakładów Najemca zobowiązany jest niezwłocznie poinformować Wynajmującego.

24. W przypadku wystąpienia usterek technicznych Najemca proszony jest o jak najszybsze zgłaszanie ich Wynajmującemu, co umożliwi odpowiednią reakcję oraz działanie.

25. Wynajmujący nie ponosi odpowiedzialności za przejściowe niedogodności występujące u niezależnych dostawców spowodowane np. czasowym brakiem prądu, Internetu.

26. Najemca zobowiązany jest używać domku zgodnie z jego właściwościami i przeznaczeniem. Uprasza się o nieprzestawianie łóżek w sypialniach oraz używanie obuwia zmiennego wewnątrz domku.

27. Każdorazowo opuszczając domek, Najemca powinien sprawdzić zamkniecie drzwi. Za rzeczy pozostawione w domku Wynajmujący nie ponosi odpowiedzialności.

28. Parkowanie samochodów jest możliwe tylko w wyznaczonym do tego celu miejscu wskazanym przez administratora obiektu. Wynajmujący nie ponosi odpowiedzialności za kradzież lub zniszczenie pojazdów mechanicznych lub innych należących do Najemcy.

29. W przypadku, gdy Najemca w sposób znaczący narusza spokój i/lub dobra sąsiadów oraz nie przestrzega powszechnie stosowanych norm współżycia między ludźmi oraz w przypadku uzasadnionej interwencji wezwania policji, Wynajmujący zastrzega sobie prawo do wypowiedzenia Najemcy pobytu w Domku i nie jest wówczas zobowiązany do zwrotu pieniędzy za niewykorzystany okres pobytu.

30. Najemca zobowiązany jest do utrzymywania oraz zwrotu Domku w stanie zastanym, co obejmuje w szczególności pozostawienie nieumytych naczyń w zmywarce, opróżnienie lodówki z żywności i pozostawienie jej w nienagannym stanie, pozostawienie otoczenia domku w zastanym stanie. Niedostosowanie się do powyższego zobowiązania skutkuje potrąceniem kwoty 100 zł z kaucji na poczet sprzątania.

31. W domku akceptujemy zwierzęta.  Najemca zobowiązany jest do poinformowania właściciela w trakcie rezerwacji o rodzaju, rasie oraz ilości zwierząt. Najemca ponosi wyłączną i całkowitą odpowiedzialność za przebywające z nim zwierzęta. W przypadku zniszczeń zostanie potracone 200 zł z kaucji na poczet naprawienia szkód.

32. Każdy wynajmujący bezpłatnie na powitanie otrzymujemy jednorazowy zestaw powitalny w skład którego wchodzi: kawa, herbata, woda, cukier. Mini barek jest płatny. Rozliczenie z najemca nastąpi przy wyjeździe.  

§3

UBEZPIECZENIE

Cena usług świadczonych przez Wynajmującego Domku Miśków nie obejmuje ubezpieczenia. Z usług korzystają Najemcy na własne ryzyko. Za doznane urazy, szkody i zniszczenie majątku (szkody spowodowane na zdrowiu i majątku trzeciej osoby), również za kradzież bagaży w czasie całego pobytu, Wynajmujący nie ponosi odpowiedzialności.

REGULATIONS AND BOOKINGS

In the interest of providing you with a nice and safe rest, we have developed the rules of staying with us. Our guests are kindly requested to conclude a Cottage rental agreement each time. So we kindly ask you to read its provisions and the Regulations for renting the Teddy bears’ houses presented below. Should you make a reservation, you accept the terms and conditions of renting the Teddy bears’ houses and the rules of its use.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF BOOKING, PAYMENT AND LIVING IN THE COTTAGE OF MISKOW

Definitions:

The landlord – the owner of of Miśków

Lessee – a person who rents the Teddy bears’ houses

Cottage – Teddy bears’ houses, located Ustronie Leśne 2, 72-500 Międzyzdroje

§1

BOOKING AND PAYMENT

1. The Regulations define the conditions under which you can book and rent the Cottage. As reservation is made, it is assumed that the conditions of these Regulations have been accepted.
2. The rental applies each time to the entire Cottage for a maximum of 8 people. Minimum rental period: 2 days.
3. Pre-booking. Pre-booking could be made by phone or via e-mail. Pre-booking process require to specify a date of stay and a number of people. Pre-booking takes place after confirming an availability of the Cottage and a clear declaration of willingness to rent. Pre-booking is valid for 24 hours.
4. Reservation is  guaranteed as an advance payment for the stay is fulfilled. Since the initial reservation is made, the time for transferring the deposit is 48 hours. The down payment is 30% of the total amount of the planned stay. The reservation is considered confirmed after mailing the proof of payment to the e-mail address: info@domkimiskow.pl or posting the funds on the bank account.
5. The deposit is to be made to the bank account number: EURO: 96 1750 0012 0000 0000 1312 4027 Kod SWIFT PPABPLPKXXX
6. The transfer title should include: the Lessee’s name and surname, date of stay from … to … …
7. In a case of a Lessee’s resignation from a stay for reasons that are beyond of the landlord control, a down payment is not refundable.
8. The outstanding amount of money for the stay, including the deposit, must be paid in cash (in advance) on the day of arrival.
9. The deposit of PLN 300 is going to be collected for the duration of the stay. It is precaution in case of damage that would occurred during the stay. The deposit is going to be returned on the day the Lessee leaves the Cottage, provided that the technical condition of all items that are the equipment of the Cottage, as well as the building itself and the land belonging to it, will be the same state when the Lessee is handed over the keys to the building. 

§2

RULES OF ACCOMMODATION

1. Check-in begins at 03:00 pm (arrival) and check – out not later that at 11:00 am (departure).
2. Lessee is obliged to inform the landlord by phone about the estimated time of arrival at the Cottage, at least 1 hour before arrival.
3. In case of lack of possibility to reach the cottage at previously agreed time, the Lessee is to notify the landlord by phone immediately.
4. Potential earlier arrival (before 03:00 pm) must be agreed with the landlord at least 1 day in advance.
5. In the event Lessee is to shorten the period of stay, the amount for the unused period is not going to be refunded.
6. In the event of the Lessee’s failure to arrive within the prescribed period, the booking guaranteed by the advance payment shall be cancelled at 11:00 am on the following day, the advance payment is not going to be refunded.
7. Extension the stay only in the absence of prior reservations of the cottage by other guests.
8. Check-in and check-out are to take place in the Cottage in the presence of the landlord or an authorized person.
9. The Lessee may not lend or sublet the Cottage to other persons.
10. Possibly accommodating more than 8 people in the Cottage and on the premises only with the consent of the landlord.
11. If the declared number of people using the Cottage is exceeded (without the landlord consent and knowledge), the right to terminate the contract with all consequences is reserved without any need to return the previously paid fee.
12. The Lessee, upon arrival, just before moving in, is obliged to accept the Cottage, i.e. check the furniture, windows, shower cubicle and other devices in the Cottage.
13. Any notes about possible damage or destruction have to be reported immediately to the landlord. The landlord allows the possibility of stating damage to the so-called hidden. Lack of notes from the Lessee as to such damage within 4 hours after receiving the keys means that the Lessee has no objections to the entire facility, and all devices and furniture are in the quantity consistent with the provided list of equipment and in good condition.
14. The Lessee bears full financial responsibility for any damage or destruction of any equipment or any technical devices of the Cottage that occurred during the stay, whether it has been intentional or unintentional fault.
15. The Lessee is solely and fully responsible for all accompanying people (including children).
16. The users of the facility are obliged to comply with the rules of fire safety.
17. Smoking is strictly forbidden in the Cottage. Should the rule is not obeyed, the Lessee is to pay a fine of PLN 500.
18. Due to the requirements of fire protection in the Cottage, it is forbidden to use any appliances powered by electricity or gas, that are not being the equipment of Cottage and which may create a fire hazard, eg electric heaters, gas burners.
19. Bringing in any flammable materials, explosives or an unpleasant smell substances to the Cottage is strictly forbidden.
20. Only the pellet provided by the landlord is to be used in the fireplace.
21. It is forbidden to dry any wet materials eg. clothes or towels  on any heaters in the living room, hall and bedrooms. A provided dryer is to be used for this purpose.
22. It is unacceptable to use any barbecue equipment on the terrace of the Cottage.
23. The Lessee has no any authorization, without the prior consent of the landlord, to make any repairs or to make any outlays or changes to the Cottage. The Lessee is obliged to immediately inform the landlord about any needs to make repairs or expenses.
24. In the event of technical defects, the Lessee is asked to report them to the landlord as soon as possible, which will enable an appropriate action.
25. The landlord is not responsible for temporary inconveniences caused by independent providers, e.g. by a temporary lack of electricity or the Internet.
26. The Lessee is obliged to use the Cottage in accordance with its properties and purpose. Please do not rearrange the beds in the bedrooms and use changeable footwear inside the Cottage.
27. Any time leaving the Cottage, the Lessee is to remember about locking the doors. There is not a responsibility of the landlord for items left in the Cottage. 
28. Car and bike parking is possible only at the designated place indicated by the facility administrator. There is not the landlord responsibility for the theft or destruction of motor vehicles or other belonging to the Lessee.
29. In the event that the Lessee significantly violates the wellness and / or good of the neighbours and does not comply with the generally applicable standards of coexistence between people or in the event of a justified intervention by the police, the landlord reserves himself the right to terminate the Lessee’s stay in the Cottage and then is not obliged to return any money for the unused period of stay.
30. The Lessee is obliged to maintain and return the Cottage in the same condition, which includes, in particular, leaving unwashed dishes in the dishwasher, emptying the refrigerator from food and leaving it in perfect condition, leaving the Cottage surroundings in the same condition. Failure to comply with the above obligation results in a deduction of PLN 100 from the cleaning deposit.
31. Pets are welcome in the cottage. However the Lessee is obliged to inform the landlord in the process of the booking about the type, breed and number of animals. The Lessee is solely and fully responsible for the animals staying with him. In the event of damage, PLN 200 will be deducted from the deposit to compensate for the damage.
32. Everybody is granted with one-time free of charge greeting kit which includes: coffee, tea, water, sugar. There is a fee for the mini bar. The fee for the use of the minibar will be charged upon leaving at the time of handing over the keys.

§3

INSURANCE

The price of the services provided by the landlord of the Cottage does not include any insurance. The services are used by the Lessees  at their own risk. The landlord shall not be liable for any sustained injuries, damage or any destruction of property (damage to health and property of a third person), also for theft of luggage within the entire stay.

einen Cottage-Mietvertrag mit uns abzuschliessen. Wir bitten Sie, seine Bestimmungen und die untenstehende Mietordnung für das Haus Miśków zu lesen. Mit der Reservierung akzeptieren Sie die Mietbedingungen des Hauses Miśków und die Nutzungsregeln.

BUCHUNGS-, ZAHLUNGS- UND NUTZUNGSBEDINGUNGEN VON HAUS MIŚKÓW

Definitionen:

Der Vermieter – der Eigentümer des Hauses Miśków

Mieter – die Person, die das Haus Miśków mietet

Domek – Haus Miśków befindet sich in der ul. Ustronie Leśne 2, 72-500 Misdroy

§1

BUCHUNG UND ZAHLUNG

1. Diese Ordnung definiert die Bedingungen, unter denen Sie das Haus Miśków buchen und mieten können. Mit der Reservierung akzeptieren Sie die Bestimmungen dieser Regelungen.

2. Die Miete gilt jeweils für das gesamte Haus Miśków für maximal 8 Personen. Mindestmietdauer: 2 Tage.

3. Erstbuchung. Eine Vorreservierung ist telefonisch oder per E-Mail möglich. Bei der Erstreservierung ist es notwendig, das Datum des Aufenthalts und die Anzahl der Personen anzugeben. Die Vorreservierung erfolgt nach Bestätigung der Verfügbarkeit des Hauses und einer eindeutigen Mietwilligkeitserklärung. Die Vorreservierung ist 24 Stunden gültig.

4. Die garantierte Reservierung erfolgt nach Vorauszahlung des Aufenthalts. Ab dem Moment der ersten Reservierung beträgt die Frist für die Anzahlung 48 Stunden. Die Anzahlung beträgt 30 % des Gesamtbetrags des Aufenthalts. Die Reservierung gilt als bestätigt, nachdem der Zahlungsnachweis an die E-Mail-Adresse: info@domkimiskow.pl gesendet oder der Betrag auf dem Bankkonto gebucht worden ist.

5. Die Vorauszahlung erfolgt auf die Bankkontonummer in EURO: 96 1750 0012 0000 0000 1312 4027

Kod SWIFT PPABPLPKXXX

Der Titel der Überweisung sollte enthalten: Vor- und Nachname des Mieters, Datum des Aufenthalts von … bis … …

6. Im Falle des vollständigen Rücktritts des Mieters vom Aufenthalt aus Gründen, die der Vermieter nicht zu vertreten hat, wird die Anzahlung nicht zurückerstattet.

7. Der Restbetrag für den Aufenthalt, einschließlich der Kaution, ist am Anreisetag in bar
(im Voraus) zu zahlen.

8. Die Kaution wird für die Dauer des Aufenthalts in Höhe von 300 PLN erhoben und ist eine Sicherheit im Falle von Schäden während des Aufenthalts. Die Kaution wird an dem Tag zurückerstattet, an dem der Mieter das Haus verlässt, vorausgesetzt, dass der technische Zustand aller Gegenstände, die zur Ausstattung des Hauses gehören, sowie des Gebäudes selbst und des dazugehörigen Grundstücks nicht schlechter sein wird, als wenn der Mieter das Haus verlassen wird bei der Hausschlüssel übergabe.

§2

AUFENTHALT UND UNTERKUNFT

1. Der Tag beginnt um 15:00 (Ankunft) und endet um 11:00 (Abfahrt).

2. Der Mieter ist verpflichtet, den Vermieter mindestens 1 Stunde vor der Ankunft telefonisch über die voraussichtliche Ankunftszeit ins Haus Miśków zu informieren.

3. Kann der vorher vereinbarte Zeitpunkt nicht erreicht werden, ist der Mieter verpflichtet, den Mieter unverzüglich telefonisch zu benachrichtigen.

4. Eine eventuelle frühere Anreise (vor 15:00 Uhr) muss mindestens 1 Tag im Voraus mit dem Vermieter vereinbart werden.

5. Im Falle einer Verkürzung der Aufenthaltsdauer durch den Mieter wird der Betrag für die nicht in Anspruch genommene Zeit nicht zurückerstattet.

6. Bei Nichterscheinen des Mieters innerhalb der vorgeschriebenen Frist wird die durch die Vorauszahlung garantierte Reservierung automatisch um 11:00 Uhr des Folgetages storniert, die Vorauszahlung wird nicht zurückerstattet.

7. Eine Verlängerung des Aufenthalts ist nur möglich, wenn andere Gäste das Ferienhaus nicht im Voraus buchen.

8. Check-in und Check-out erfolgen im Haus in Anwesenheit des Vermieters oder einer von ihm autorisierten Person.

9. Der Mieter darf das Haus nicht an andere Personen verleihen oder untervermieten.

10. Mehr als 8 Personen dürfen sich nur mit Zustimmung des Vermieters im Haus und auf dem Gelände aufhalten.

11. Bei Überschreitung der deklarierten Personenzahl (ohne Zustimmung und Wissen des Vermieters) bleibt die Kündigung des Vertrages mit allen Folgen vorbehalten, ohne dass das zuvor gezahlte Entgelt zurückerstattet werden muss.

12. Der Mieter ist verpflichtet, bei der Ankunft, aber vor dem Einzug, das Haus abzuholen, d.h. die Möbel, Fenster, Duschkabinen und andere Geräte im Haus zu überprüfen.

13. Beschädigungen und Zerstörungen sind dem Vermieter unverzüglich zu melden. Der Vermieter räumt die Möglichkeit ein, Schäden an der sog versteckt. Das Fehlen einer Stellungnahme des Mieters zu solchen Schäden innerhalb von 4 Stunden nach Schlüsselübergabe bedeutet, dass der Mieter an der gesamten Einrichtung keine Beanstandungen hat und alle Geräte und Möbel in der der Ausstattungsliste entsprechenden Menge und in gutem Zustand sind.

14. Der Mieter trägt die volle finanzielle Verantwortung für alle Schäden, Zerstörungen von Einrichtungen und technischen Geräten des Hauses Miśków, die während des Aufenthalts entstanden sind, unabhängig davon, ob es sich um vorsätzliches oder unabsichtliches Verschulden handelt.

15. Der Mieter ist allein und voll verantwortlich für die Personen, die bei ihm wohnen (einschließlich Kinder).

16. Die Benutzer der Anlage sind verpflichtet, die Brandschutzvorschriften einzuhalten.

17. Im Dom Miśków herrscht absolutes Rauchverbot. Bei Verstoß gegen das Verbot zahlt der Mieter eine Geldstrafe von 500 PLN.

18. Aufgrund der Brandschutzanforderungen im Haus Miśków ist es nicht gestattet, mit Strom oder Gas betriebene Instrumente oder Geräte zu verwenden, die nicht zur Ausstattung dieser Räume gehören und eine Brandgefahr darstellen können, z. B. elektrische Heizgeräte, Heizungen, Gasbrenner.

19. Es ist verboten, brennbare Materialien, Sprengstoffe und Materialien mit unangenehmem Geruch in das Haus zu bringen.

20. Für die Nutzung des Kamins werden nur die vom Vermieter bereitgestellten Pellets verwendet.

21. Es ist verboten, nasse Sachen auf Heizkörpern im Wohnzimmer, Flur und im Schlafzimmer zu trocknen. Dazu wird ein Trockner verwendet.

22. Es ist verboten, den Grill auf der Terrasse des Ferienhauses zu benutzen.

23. Der Mieter ist ohne vorherige Zustimmung des Vermieters nicht berechtigt, Reparaturen oder Ausgaben oder Änderungen am Haus vorzunehmen. Der Mieter ist verpflichtet, den Vermieter unverzüglich über die Notwendigkeit von Reparaturen oder Aufwendungen zu informieren.

24. Bei technischen Mängeln wird der Mieter gebeten, diese schnellstmöglich dem Vermieter zu melden, damit angemessen reagiert und gehandelt werden kann.

25. Der Vermieter ist nicht verantwortlich für vorübergehende Unannehmlichkeiten für unabhängige Anbieter, die beispielsweise durch einen vorübergehenden Strom- oder Internetmangel verursacht werden.

26. Der Mieter ist verpflichtet, das Haus seinen Eigenschaften und Zweck entsprechend zu nutzen. Bitte stellen Sie die Betten in den Schlafzimmern nicht um und verwenden Sie im Haus Wechselschuhe.

27. Bei jedem Verlassen des Hauses sollte der Mieter prüfen, ob die Tür geschlossen ist. Der Vermieter haftet nicht für im Ferienhaus zurückgelassene Gegenstände.

28. Das Parken von Autos ist nur auf einem vom Objektverwalter ausgewiesenen Platz möglich. Der Vermieter haftet nicht für den Diebstahl oder die Zerstörung von Kraftfahrzeugen oder anderem Eigentum des Mieters.

29. Für den Fall, dass der Mieter die Ruhe und/oder das Wohlergehen der Nachbarn erheblich beeinträchtigt und die allgemein geltenden Normen des Zusammenlebens der Menschen nicht einhält sowie im Falle eines berechtigten Eingreifens der Polizei, behält sich der Vermieter vor den Aufenthalt des Mieters im Haus beenden und ist dann nicht verpflichtet, die nicht genutzte Aufenthaltsdauer zu erstatten.

30. Der Mieter ist verpflichtet, das Haus im gleichen Zustand zu erhalten und zurückzugeben, wozu insbesondere gehört, ungespültes Geschirr in der Spülmaschine zu lassen, den Kühlschrank von Lebensmitteln zu leeren und ihn in einwandfreiem Zustand zu hinterlassen, die Umgebung des Hauses im gleichen Zustand zu hinterlassen . Die Nichteinhaltung der oben genannten Verpflichtung führt zu einem Abzug von 100 PLN von der Reinigungskaution.

31. Wir akzeptieren Haustiere im Haus. Der Mieter ist verpflichtet, den Vermieter bei der Buchung über Art, Rasse und Anzahl der Tiere zu informieren. Der Mieter ist allein und in vollem Umfang für die bei ihm untergebrachten Tiere verantwortlich. Im Schadensfall werden 200 PLN von der Kaution abgezogen, um den Schaden zu kompensieren.

32. Jeder Vermieter wird mit einem einmaligen Willkommenspaket begrüßt, das Folgendes beinhaltet: Kaffee, Tee, Wasser, Zucker. Die Minibar ist kostenpflichtig.
Die Abrechnung mit dem Mieter erfolgt bei der Abreise.

VERSICHERUNG

Der Preis der vom Vermieter des Hauses Miśków erbrachten Dienstleistungen beinhaltet keine Versicherung. Die Nutzung der Dienste durch die Mieter erfolgt auf eigene Gefahr.
Der Vermieter haftet nicht für erlittene Verletzungen, Sachbeschädigungen
und Sachbeschädigungen (Gesundheits- und Vermögensschäden Dritter), auch nicht
für Gepäckdiebstahl während des gesamten Aufenthaltes.
